Piles / haemorrhoids is caused by-

Due to irritant food(spicy food along with sour and salt like junk food), fatty and hot food(non-veg along with very hot food , excessive liquid intake(irritant soft drinks and alcohol), working in exposure to sun and heat(persons working in sun, near ovens, welding or machine shops) along with long distance travelling cause above disease

Treatment -- Avoid the causes and also rectify food cooking procedure. Repeated occurrence or long standing of this disease needs judicial use of laxatives along with astringents. which needs advice of expert oriental Physician.
