दिनचर्या or Daily regimen is that which makes body and mind to follow the natural cycle that happens in the body instead of going against it. Generally actions in the body are started by or activated by natural phenomena around us; like sunrise, moonrise, wind, rain, chill, cold etc. By following the natural cycle we make it easy for the body to rectify itself or reduce damage by daily actions. If these are done properly then many of life style disorders get cured or intensity is reduced.

           Important aspect of daily routine is sequence and procedure; Change in sequence will affect all life style disorders, change in procedure will affect diseases caused by that procedure. For eg. bath immediately after eating will create indigestion followed by breathing disorders. It will be named as asthama and treated as such instead of correction of life style. Correct the sequence and disease intensity is reduced or cured        

Change in procedure - Late dinner will effect blood sugar level and digestion. Correct it then blood sugar level will reduce.
